She wants to achieve independence from her mother and decides that her goal is to attend a university in Seoul. Since making this decision, she has been struggling with her mother even more.
Jang YoungNam portrays Song YoungJu, DaMi's mother. She is dissatisfied with her daughter's lack of practical concerns. Despite being in her final year of high school, her daughter is always daydreaming and telling lies. YoungJu often intentionally inflicts wounds on her daughter because she believes in strict measures rather than emotional understanding.
RyeoUn plays the role of Yoon SungHyun, DaMi's only male friend whom she can express all her emotions to. This is thanks to his countless compliments and empathy. He has had a one-sided love for her since their second year of high school.
Jin YeJu portrays Lee HaRim, DaMi's best friend who comes up with solutions rather than meaningless empathy. She has a logical and practical personality.
