Thanh Gươm Và Bông Hoa, The Blade And Petal (2013)

Blade and Petal is a romantic drama set in the era of heroes. Muyoung, the daughter of King Yeongryu during the Geoguryo period, falls in love with Yeonchung, the son of Yongaesomun, who killed Muyoung's father. The series depicts the conflicts between revenge and love.

Lee Jung Shin plays the role of Shi Woo, the top swordsman in Geoguryo. Shi Woo is charismatic, but he becomes a romantic man in front of Muyoung. He follows and takes care of her like a shadow, always loving her day and night. He is an important character in the love triangle between the two main characters, Yeonchung (played by Eom Tae Woong) and Muyoung (played by Kim Ok Bin).

Lee Jung Shin made his debut as Kang Sung Jae in the popular weekend drama "My Daughter Seo Young," which ended in March. He is known as the "Nation's Son" for his natural and delicate acting, as well as being recognized as a potential candidate for the next generation of actors.

"Blade and Petal" is scheduled to air in July.
